I made a late afternoon visit to Cottonwood Pass and snapped a few photos of the scenery. As you can see, there is still plenty of snow up there and it won't be going away until next May or June! ;) |

About one mile east from Cottonwood Pass, there
is a spot where one can see the summit of Mt. Princeton to the left.

I drove maybe one mile west of Cottonwood Pass on the Gunnison County side.
I pulled over to capture this view of the pass. |
